Conventional wisdom was that punk killed prog. Punk was certainly anti musicianship and conventional prog stagnated or turned to commercialism. Frippism lives in Israel, so you won't be able to have a musical discussion with him in real time if you hail from the US.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

All kinds of punkish prog. There's also tons of weird punk that isn't in the archives that you might dig as well.
