I usually don't list this many choices but there were so many movies to choose from.
Even though I own all the movies on the list and have seen them all more than once, I'm going to have a tough time narrowing it down to one choice.
Also, I put all three Bourne movies into one choice so if one of them is your pick you can indicate which one in your reply.

I thoroughly enjoy the Bourne Trilogy. Since i've seen them, everything afterwards seems like a knock-off.

Yep, i'm glad they didn't try redoing the originals like Spiderman and whatnot. This looks like a fantastic side-story that really widens everything.

My favourite Charles bronson assassin film is Citta Violenta (aka Violent City, aka The Family) but that's in no small part due to the Morricone soundtrack, which I adore.
Lots of great ones here. Pulp Fiction I love, though If Kill Bill were considered sufficiently worthy, then I prefer that.
I think it's between The Jackal and the Professional of these that I know for me. OIh wait, I'm mixing up the jackal with The Day of the Jackal (the latter would have got my vote)
I know there are so many, but 13 Assassins and Ichi the Killer is a good one. Apocalypse Now is a favourite of mine. And for a recent one that kinda fits, V for Vendetta.
Le samourai and The manchurian Candiadte are a couple of favourites. Sorry not just focussing on the list.
The Professional, is that the same one as Leon: The Professional? I really liked that, and The Mechanic would be other choice. I'll go with The Mechanic (Bronson).

No Country for Old Men is in a completely different league than all these other movies and it's a complete disgrace that there are votes for anything else on this list. Pulp Fiction is the most overrated film of all time, btw. Piece together someone elses ideas, remove character development as part of the movie making process, and watch a generation of mushheaded hipsters drool over how cool it is. Tarantino is a piece of sh*t.

I'll take your word for it on Pulp Fiction. I saw it in the movie theatre when it came out before really hearing the hipster buzz, and loved it. It's not my favourite Tarantino film: prefer Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs, and Jackie Brown. That scene with Walker and the watch is such a classic -- was practically worth the price of admission alone. As for No Country For Old Men, I still haven't seen it, though I've meant to. I love other Coen Bros films, and loved lots of films featuring Javier Bardem.

The perhaps odd thing is (but maybe most feel this way), I don't like Quentin Tarantino, his interviews are so embarrassing,, but I still enjoy his films. It is hipster stuff. He borrows ideas from others, and makes it pretty cool for someone who is so uncool. He pays homage to stuff he likes (rips off, if one wants to put it that way), and makes a fortune at it. I really liked Inglorious Basterds. I find his films fun. Good entertainment.
And by the way, I love lots of films that are often called crap. Hell, I love Zardoz.

Most are haters of Zardoz. It's a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. I love its absurdity, weirdness and badness (part very funny to me), but ultimately find it extremely moving. To me the part where all of the denizens of the Vortex are asking for death and getting shot by the Exterminators is very powerful. When superhuman Sean Connery pushes his fist through Saran wrap while amazed people exclaim that it can't be done, it's impossible, well that's comedy gold.
It imparts some valuable lessons I think, such as the gun is good and the penis is evil. That's why we see more guns on TV than penises, I guess (Inless one maybe gets some speciality channels). ;) Oh wait, I forgot that television is evil, so maybe it is the other way around.

But, so called "bad" films do have huge followings. I just never liked any of them for the very reasons of their badness.

I've watched Zardoz more times since I first saw it when I was maybe 10 years old than I could easily count. It was really seeing certain topless females that initially appealed when I saw it on late, late night TV. It was a formative film for me in my pre-pubescent years, and I tended to enjoy anything "different" (liked quite weird movies and weird music).
