I have chemistry next year, I wasn't too bad at the basic stuff but who knows how it will go.

Just finished school, and Chemistry was one of my three final subjects. Going to get an A.

Still feels like I know nothing about it at all.

I wish I could have taken a 3rd year of Chemistry. The *one* time I would prefer an IB course over an AP course. Eh, I got a 5 on the AP Chem test so I probably shouldn't complain.

Do they give you the bottles and the hops and make you brew it yourself?
it is both in dark lager beer and light  pilsner

At the other end of the line, the side of Kadere's wagon exploded, splinters scything down Aiel and townsfolk. Rand knew; he did not need goose bumps prickling his skin to know. He raced toward the wagon, after Moiraine and Lan. Time seemed to slow, everything happening at once, as if the air were jelly clinging to each moment. Lanfear stepped out into stunned silence except for the moans and screams of the injured, something limp and pale and red-streaked hanging from her hand, dragging behind her as she walked down invisible steps. Her face was a mask carved of ice. 'He told me Lews Therin,' she almost screamed, flinging the pale thing into the air. Something caught it, inflated it for a moment into a bloody, transparent statue of Hadnan Kadere; his skin, removed whole. The figure collapsed and fell as Lanfear's voice rose to a screech. 'You let another woman touch you! Again!'"

the fun thing is

i talked/conversated with a person on a cafeteria about this last Saturday

i was stubborn and though modern meedproduction lacks knowledge, and should test out more flavours from flowers and herbs to the honey brew, i siad, i did not catch on to my creative complains

he said, MEN in the viking society did not really like meed, as it was to sweet, it is more like sweet vine, dessert vine. it was fitter for woman then for men, males prefered ales, beer, and that sort of things

basicly meed was a product of prestigue, not maleness, toughness, even if vikings drank it in fests, is was probably more becouse it was showing you were rich and powerfull and could afford buying, or had money and knowledge to produce meed, as meed was the most expensive and most valued alchoholic beverages

if you were rich, with aims for high status = you drank meed cause it showed rank, not becouse they particurlarly liked it, they basicaly found it to sweet (said the dude who had studied archeological history at the University in Bergen),

beer - good,      meed - urrgh,

Thanks!

I've got a place to stay temporarily when my contract expires and a place to store my stuff 'til a get a new place, and I'm getting a lot of help from my family to move the stuff, so it will probably turn out alright in the end.

Also, the bank will loan me enough money to get me a decent place, just not enough to buy the place I'm renting at the moment, which was what I was hoping to get enough money to buy, so the hassle of moving is really my biggest problem right now.

But it will of course be exciting to see what I can get on the real estate market when the time comes when I can start looking for a new place. Just need to get the finances in order first, and it will probably take 3-4 weeks to get all that sorted.
