I wish I could have taken a 3rd year of Chemistry. The *one* time I would prefer an IB course over an AP course. Eh, I got a 5 on the AP Chem test so I probably shouldn't complain.

the fun thing is

i talked/conversated with a person on a cafeteria about this last Saturday

i was stubborn and though modern meedproduction lacks knowledge, and should test out more flavours from flowers and herbs to the honey brew, i siad, i did not catch on to my creative complains

he said, MEN in the viking society did not really like meed, as it was to sweet, it is more like sweet vine, dessert vine. it was fitter for woman then for men, males prefered ales, beer, and that sort of things

basicly meed was a product of prestigue, not maleness, toughness, even if vikings drank it in fests, is was probably more becouse it was showing you were rich and powerfull and could afford buying, or had money and knowledge to produce meed, as meed was the most expensive and most valued alchoholic beverages

if you were rich, with aims for high status = you drank meed cause it showed rank, not becouse they particurlarly liked it, they basicaly found it to sweet (said the dude who had studied archeological history at the University in Bergen),

beer - good,      meed - urrgh,
