And I mean the guy's still a good songwriter, I don't see what you guys have a problem with. Probably haven't even heard Love and Theft or Modern Times.

I'm not saying the music will be bad, I'm just saying the design was amateurish and incomplete. I mean, come on, dat font choice.

True, he's never been much of an album art guy. In perfect honesty, that almost kept me from buying his last album but the music was still great so I didn't hesitate to preorder this.

I will listen to good music with a bad cover. But there's something magical when an album cover sparks your imagination and then the music inside meets/surpasses the feelings the cover invoked. It makes albums with good covers seem better than equally good albums with bad covers.

Although their have been cases where I came to like an albums cover more after I fell in love with the music inside (Deconstruction is a good example of this, I hated the cover at first).

Also, I listened to Unexpect's Fables of the Sleepless Empire twice today by accident because it's so good

I'm not quite sure how the gaming subreddits work, but if there is a specific one for posting your own work I'd make a self post there, so that you can link the fundraiser and advertise previous games you've worked on, perhaps having some completed work to show/play would be influential.

Also link us so we can give upvotes :P

Pretty epic poppy post-rock and at points mathy. It's Mass of the Fermenting Dregs, I think Matt likes it too. It's from Japan so it has to be good. Tongue
