Very nice. All of those boxed shaped chords and the open strings played and sustained for a entire measure displays for us how and why the "Classical Orchestra" looked down on the guitar and considered it a limited instrument. You have to work twice as hard ...even when pieces are so perfectly transcribed for the guitar. When a person sits down at the piano, all the notes are there to be played. You are pressing down on the keys, but you are not forming the sound of those notes with the muscular effort you do on the guitar. Very nice work! It takes years of practice. You did a fine job! Nice vocals and NOT overdone. Nice vocal range and melodic feel. Not flat or sharp in the least bit. Very professional.

Very nice. I used to play it too, I picked it by ear and played it nearly identical as you do, just a couple of fingering positions I did differently but with the same result.
I just miss a few harmonics, like the one you do at the end of the intro verse on the 5th fret, I used to do harmonics also in between the runs of the fast arpeggios on the 3rd fret and also at the end of the last verse same as you do at the end of the intro verse. They are very easy and they give it a nice embellishment touch, you can alternate them on the 12th and 5th fret, always 2nd and 1st string.
 
And a bit too much reverb for my personal taste, but don't take these as criticisms, just personal taste comments.
 
It's long time ago that I stopped playing but if I restart some day I'l pick this one up again, it's very nice to play.

If only Emerson had the Squire-mentality I'd bet Osvaldo would be on ELP!
