I say "y'all" ironically because I don't have a southern accent at all.

I have a sorta low but not very low voice. I have an impressive singing range though. Which is sad because my singing voice is bad in any range :D

damn it you learned in an American school in Rome, lived in america, lived in Israel, all that stuff. Geeeeezy peets. I am jealous of your life except for the military service part and the part where you're not in my band ok so I'm not that jealous mostly I just wish I had lived in a bunch of different countries.
I'm whitey mcwhiterson. Grandson of 1940's foster children on one side and Grandson of farmers on the other. Born and raised in the SAME spot my whole life. Haha |
well I also lived in Panama when I was 2, and in NJ at 15, which is less glamorous. But yeah, it's fun, sorta. Like I'd still do it if I have a choice but you start processing the mental toll only after the moving stops, and you kinda realize that constantly want to be on the move, no matter how much you like the place you're in. Israel's my home, but I don't feel it as strong as other Israelis.
My dad's parents came from Iraq in the 50s. My mom's parents and grandparents were all born in Israel. Some of my mom's family was here as early as 1862, that's 20 years before the initial big immigration to Israel (then Palestine or whatevs). Whose Zionist up in this bitch?
|
Because i have always stayed in one place, I have never felt at home anyway. The stuff up in my room is the SAME posters and curtains I have had since I was 12. Have not changed one thing. I want to live on the road. :D

I'm always torn between the need to move and the homesickness I get when I'm away.... It's annoying. I think that I'll eventually move again, but then I'll just probably return to Israel....

I've lived in the same house since I was 3 years old. I bought my parents' house from them when they retired to Florida. The only move that I have made is from my original bedroom to the master bedroom with my original bedroom becoming a den/storage area.

Haha. At some point I'll move wherever you are and make one album with you and peace immediately. I have already made that a goal of mine.

I'd probably go insane living in the same place for more than 4,5 years. Which is a problem, cuz I'm staying in Israel for at the very least for another 3, which makes it 7 years....

<3 that will be the shizz. You'll have to come to Israel cuz when I think about I really rather not live in any other place. Then again, to make obscure hipster music, I'll probably have to move to a place where's there a bit more of scene... Though Tel Aviv has a scene, it's pretty small.
