Can anyone take a turn in the Battle of the Bands thread in JFF so I can have my final turn for the day?  I was gone.

In fact, if you go, I'll take a point away from whatever band you want (long as it ain't Echolyn, since I've been crediting them).

Thanks.

Done, I would've gone sooner but I was doing dishes for the 17th time today.

And, as promised, what band shall I take from?

Here smrtpatrol i will teach you all the maths you ever need

Suppose V is a subset of Rn (in the case of n = 3, V represents a volume in 3D space) which is compact and has a piecewise smooth boundary S. If F is a continuously differentiable vector field defined on a neighborhood of V, then we have:

\int\!\!\!\!\int\!\!\!\!\int_V\left(\nabla\cdot\mathbf{F}\right)dV=\oiint\scriptstyle S(\mathbf{F}\cdot\mathbf{n})\,dS .
The left side is a volume integral over the volume V, the right side is the surface integral over the boundary of the volume V.

Thanks coolin.

Wait, what?

3D INTEGRALS WOOOO
I think you're doing diff eq?

I got through Calc 3 without studying because I have a math brain. But I forget a lot of it now. I tried replacing it with music.

Ya know, if Haken was a black metal band, that would actually generate so much hatred that you would have to like them.

oh I'm not saying I hate them, I just found the post funny :D . I never actually listened to Haken tbh...

I made an IndieGoGo today for my game but so far nobody had donated a penny, even though many close friends have shared the link. This whole crowdfunding stuff is harder than one might think.

I probably should, but I do not have a reddit account, and know approximately nothing about reddit.

It's easy to make an account, you could try posting a link to some of the gaming subreddits, but I never visit those so I'm not sure what the posting rules are. If people like it, it could get you a lot of exposure though.

Hopefully they do. I always feel disingenuous joining a website just to advertise though - I always know that if I saw someone do the same, I would not really bother to pay them much attention at all. Still, I'll make sure I have a pretty screenshot, and post away I suppose, won't be in any worse straits then I am now.

a self post would allow you to explain the fundraiser and link to multiple things such as the stuff you've already worked on, but self posts don't collect link karma, so people might be more willing to upvote it.
