David Lynn Thomas (born 1953 in Miami, Florida) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician.

He was one of the founding members of the short-lived protopunkers Rocket From The Tombs (1974–1975), where he went by the name of Crocus Behemoth, and of punk group Pere Ubu (1975–present, intermittently).

Just listened to Non-Alignment Pact. God, what a song. I am digging those vocals more and more with each listen. Digging the vocals in most of the other tracks of The Modern Dance too.
As a result, I think The Modern Dance is getting higher and higher in my favorites. Might make my top 10 even Shocked

Heading off to a friend's cottage for 5 days. An annual Summer trip we always do the 2nd week of July. Beautiful weather and warm summer temperatures - it's going to be great.
