I know- I can't find good middle ground though with them. Either I immediately distrust them completely because they are good looking, or they gain my trust easily by being good looking.
Like that Ellen Page gif with the cat hands. How could you not believe and trust her? She's too damn cute!

So, is Number Seven related to Snowtorch? They're part of a trilogy?

I'm not certain.  I know that I have read that he is writing a trilogy.  I am not sure which albums are included in said trilogy however.

The Trilogy is:
The Great Leap
Doomsday Afternoon
Infernal

Infernal is not out yet. Number Seven and Snowtorch are both similar in style to Doomsday afternoon but they are not part of the trilogy.

His fifth and sixth albums, The Great Leap and Doomsday Afternoon (2007) are the first two albums of a planned trilogy. In 2009, he issued his seventh album, Number Seven. He had begun working on a related album called Seven and a 1/2, but this sequel was cancelled in favour of an all-new album entitled Snowtorch, set for release in late 2010.[2] However, the release date of this album was postponed until March 21, 2011.

I only asked because I'm listening to Number Seven for the first time, and I noticed this one section that sounded just like a section in Snowtorch. I knew the previous 2 albums were a trilogy that's going to be concluded with his new album; I thought maybe there was a second trilogy within the already occurring trilogy.

As far as I know, although they do share some similarities, they are unrelated.

Also, this may be the best lastfm profile I have seen:

His top tracks are even better than his top artists

IIRC, Snowtorch was a song from 7 1/2 that eventually became a piece all its own. So I think those two are related.

I once found an account that must've been a joke account by some people on /mu/, it only had In the Aeroplane Over the Sea scrobbled hundreds and hundreds of times.

I heard that its not different enough a movie as the first 3.

The entire time you're asking yourself... "so, why did they do this again?"
