Why else would I go to bed at like 10:30 every night :P Ya, 9--5ish with a 1 hour commute each way, not much time for staying up until 3 in the morning

Basically think the Prog of the 1800's. I would put him under "Tech/Extreme Classical" haha- I guess he's the guy that made the composition that ELP turned into the barbarian, their opener... but his version is more complex and better! Bartok is fking KING! His 18th Op Etude or something i heard on youtube yesterday and it blew me away. He get's way more complex than the Barbarian song- He's GREAT
Tchaikovsky is the proto-Rachmaninoff if anything. I also find Rachmaninoff to be pretty annoying and kitsch though.
Bartok is purty great, you should check his 2nd Violin Concerto.
