Dude didnt realize you were in Atlanta.
I was always told Athens is the better music scene. Athens has mad math-rock all stemming from the Cinemechancia label.

I'm not aware of any Athens math rock bands Not that I'm a math rock connoisseur or anything, but I like some of that stuff, so I is interested. It was great to finally find a band from my area that I can be proud of: Harvey Milk, one of my favorite bands, is from Athens. R.E.M. never quite gave me the same satisfaction.

The very first Progression Magazine that I purchased came with a compilation CD titled Paths Less Traveled (Atlanta Prog Scene 2003). It included Cobweb Strange, Man On Fire, Karma Lingo, aand Ultima Thule. All are pretty decent bands.

I wanted to post a huge rant about my feelings but started feeling insecure about it.
I call this passive aggressive ranting.

My thumb is bleeding because I chewed my nail off.
I'm going home tomorrow to chill out at the pool at my parents' house. Should be nice.

Oh yeah - I met Wade from Cobweb Strange one time and he gave me one of their CDs. They are pretty good.
