I think I have done a positive identification: Prahlad Jani, aka Chunriwalad Mataji, who claimed to have left his Rajasthan home at age 7 and to have lived without food and water since 1940. He also wears a red female dress.

No, he was born before 1950. One can be sure that he has met some folks from the Dutch royal family on a regular base, and some other European royals as well.
