Favorite Note??

I am working on inventing new kinds of weirdo rock music based off dissodance and using an 8 tone scale instead of a 12 tone scale. So it would use every 3 out of the 24 that they talk about. Guitars would be set so the frets would be set 1 and a half the distance.

Since I really don't know notes by name, I had to fire up my sequencer which has them labeled.

Very cool, thanks. I know a guitarist named Neil Haverstick that has custom built guitars that have 19 semitones to the octave, and even one that has 34.  Very strange sounding at first, but once you get used to it it's very nice.

I'm just trying to look at this through the perspective of key signature and scales. I really like a good B flat and a G. One of my favourite sounding chords is a G6 add9 - kind of obscure, not used too often, but it sounds so rich.

ALso... with those sword guitars that means someone has already taken my idea... Time for me to get the 16 tone one.... but first I have to make more moneys. I have to spend too much already.
