It's the piper that plays the tune though.

Uhhhh this is just a tad too exciting for me to take, man I am sweating like a horse here.
When we finally cross that damn middle line, we are dangerous much credited to the Germans' positioning.

Still, I think we are throwing the ball away faaar too oftenly for my tastes. Use the freakin wings!!!!!!!!!!

Kom så Danmark

Doesn’t look good for Denmark now, I’m afraid.

To elaborate on the violin a bit: we weren't good enough - that's about it really....

The Dutch need 4 letters of the alphabet in order to succeed = T -E- A- M . Shameful display of stars who refuse to get a ball they just lost! Only Huntelaar and Van der Waart seemed to care . Sad, sad , sad. Van Persie, Robben, Sneijder, Affilay were , at the very least poor and robotically  selfish. Dutch defense would have been better by bringing in a dam from the polder! Oh well!

Nice job Denmark, you gave everyone a good showing!

That reminds my of a song by Peter Hammill (My Experience):

You keep your mouth shut,
but it's too late for that now:
the word got out.

Sorry for Denmark. Greece will avenge you! (In my dreams …)

Disapprove Oh no, Czechs against Portuguese. Against Ronaldo...
Poor Denmark
Poor Netherlands

..When i was watching the match NL/PT today, I was only waiting when finally there appears a player  called Van der Graaf.

the Dutch should consider a new coach, Frank Reichardt or Jose Guardiola who can get some disipline and finesse to the team

^  EXACTLY!  When I was coaching young 14 year olds , the first and ONLY message from day1 was= if you lose the ball GET IT BACK! If not, sit on the bench, if you are too Tired or too Special!
I dunno, it seems easy to get it for kids, why can't the stars do it???????????????

Yeah that´s about it. I´m satisfied with the attitude and the team spirit and the results were pretty much as expected (maybe even a bit better with the surprise win over The Netherlands). It was a tough group and we were on paper (and as it turns out also in reality) the weakest team. With the pathetic attitude of the Dutch team it´s fully deserved that Portugal and Germany are through from the group.
