Anyone know of any? Otherwise I suppose most keyboardists just take classical lessons.

I'm a very mediocre keyboard player but found these very easy to learn and play.
We used to play them with my mates band, none of us is a musician, just a bunch of afficionados.
It's 8 years ago that we stopped playing so it would take me quite some practicing to re-learn them but I can assure you that I picked them easily by ear and learnt to play them quite easily at that time.

PF - Time
PF - Comfortably Numb
Marillion - Scrip For A Jester's Tear
Marillion - Jigsaw
Asia - Without You
Yes - Hold On
Yes - Changes
For some time we also played Peter Gabriel's Family Snapshot, that was a bit harder but still quite easy.

most rock keyboards are not hard. You can see interviews with rick wakemen saying that Yes's songs were pretty boring for him to play most of the time. Ha

I would suggest learning Van Der Graaf Generator or Anglaagard to force you to get your skills up- speed training on difficult music helps
