No, I dont't know how to describe it, but I found this on the net. "Horse meat has a slightly sweet taste reminiscent of a combination of beef and venison." Sounds about right.

As for Deathspell, they sound OK, not my favorite ensamble in any case, but I just can't get past the satanic blasphemy, even if it's just for the show/trying too hard to be hardcore and failing. Specially when they have an album/split/whatever called "Crushing the Trinity".
