I have no idea what the link was, but a good core workout is typically weighted crunches, Russian twist, squats, lunges, oblique bends, and pike stretches. Really, just google "core workout" and most of them are usually good enough, and they're supposed to change every 8 weeks anyway. Cardio is always good too.

oh, tips, I dunno. The only tip I know is to keep your core clenched during workouts.

Yeah, cardio is something I'm going to work on improving even without a trainer.  Right now, I'm used to running 1.5 miles in ~10:45...I'm going to work on cutting that time down to at most 10 flat, then work my way up to running 3 miles instead of 1.5 on a regular basis.

You should listen to Haniwa-chan.

I hope Pete Campbell dies in this season of Mad Men.

I was in two big crowds today. God, I hate crowds. Too many people Unhappy

On the brighter side, I did a remix of this:

Here's my remix:

I have very little mixing skills. The only mixing I've done is a little work on my own stuff. I'm not sure it's very good, but I'm proud of it. :)

I'll try to remember to listen after Death Grips.

Crowds suck, luckily they extremely rare here.
