Friends - 'The One With Rachel's Date':
Ross: Did that guy just call you "Toby"?
Chandler: Yeah.
R: Well, didn't you correct him?
C: No.
R: Then why didn't you tell him that your name isn't Toby?
C: Well, the thing is that a long time ago he said "Hey, Toby, you want the donut?" ... I wanted the donut. ... Years later the donut's gone and I'm still Toby.

I've been watching about 3-4 episodes of Quite Interesting on youtube every day. It's very British and European centered, which is natural, so I'm learning a lot, I think. Plus Alan Davies is f**king hilarious.

^ QI is entertaining (though it seems to rely on Internet "truth" a little too much) - Fry gets tedious after a while and Davies acting dumb all the time wears thin eventually.

There is nothing special about today. Without going into the tedium of specifics some of the facts they come out with are tenuous and only supported by the kind of obscure references and half truths that fuel the internet. One i can remember off the top of my head is this one:
..."because it was discovered in 1994" ... or 1986 if you want to be strictly accurate, and it does not orbit the Earth every 770 years it orbits the Sun every 364 days, so it is an asteroid not a 2nd moon.

Bill Bailey: Tinselworm, on BBC Entertainment.
Edit: QI is very entertaining IMO. Funny and educational at the same time. Fry is the highlight of the show for me, but I agree with you on one thing, Dean:

Everyone has faults, liking Apple is clearly his foremost.
Also, do you English folks really care about the monarchy and what royals do/have done as much as that show would lead me to believe? I swear every other question...

Harry Potter - The Deathly Hallows, pt. 1. Usually I would read a book in the Potter series before watching the respective film, but since nothing else is on ... "In case if this is your first time drinking this potion, it tastes like goblin piss."
