I need some music recommendations. Anything will do; ambient, crazy metal, whatever. Oh and preferably music from this year.

Also check out the new Ne Obliviscaris album, the new Grouper album, the Locrian/Mamiffer collaboration, the new Horseback album, the new Natural Snow Buildings album, erm, what else...

I really liked the new Brad Mehldau album if you haven't heard it yet.  I also adored the new Robert Glasper album.

I just watched a Trivium concert at Wacken and 4/5 of the huge audience was standing completely still.
