No. I don’t even think they are translated into English. But the film became an international success and has been translated into more than seventy languages.

No, Ian, read my post one more time. I’m saying that the film was not made in English, but it (the film, not the books) has been translated into more than seventy languages (including English).

How do you translate a film? That is my problem. Do you mean remade in English? Dubbed? Subtitled? Nothing else makes any sense to me.
I did reread your post many times and it made no sense to me.
