It’s not.

Like the Bugatti Royale, there are several of these *"things" (at least 450, maybe as many as 512). Still, like the Kellner car, it’s unique and has it’s own name.

No. It’s a rather small thing that you could easily carry around (if you were able to lay your hands on it, which is extremely unlikelyLOL). It was sold on an online auction in 2011 for £9.8 million.
