I knew better than to buy this. As most of you might guess, I don't recommend it. |

Anyone brew their own stuff? I've recently started and have made two batches so far, one stout and one barleywine. So far I've mainly been using extract with a little extra specialty malts for taste and colour, haven't gotten around to trying a full-grain brew yet. Results have been quite tasty although I haven't quite gotten the alcohol % I intended, my guess is that it has been too hot during fermentation (I've been keeping the fermentation bucket in the bathroom). Next time around, I'll move it to a different room.

I like rum and coke occasionally or top shelf Malibu or Southern Comfort and Coke.
I really detest beer. end of post.

not yet, but in due time hopefully. a friend and I have expressed an interest in trying it out... some day. indeed, a lot of the proceeds seems to be about trial and error which slowly builds itself into a skill later down the track. been going through some Norwegian beers (and some Danish) by HaandBryggeriet recently www.haandbryggeriet.net/beers.html |
