I bought spearmint green tea because Matt made it sound so good, but it made my stomach cramp :(

Not much, I split wood but was mostly just exhausted, probably because I've barely ate anything today.

Wood splitting is great exercise over long periods of time, so you should do it every day for at least an hour since your motivation to explicitly exercise is nil.
You should also probably eat some food.

I'm surprised I didn't end up with a migraine. I should explicitly exercise but I don't know how to find the motivation.
