The Program, Is taking place  SUNDAY 21st of April 12pm - 2pm

The show is still happening but some changes are coming soon! Ticket give aways etc ;)

I've been involved with commercial and community radio for around 9 years, But only just in the last couple of years have I managed to secure my ambitious dream of getting prog-rock on FM!

At the moment I'm blasting the best music genre out across the airwaves in Exeter, Devon UK on an amazing little community station called Phonic FM. http://www.phonic.fm/ You can find our description and times on the sunday schedule, The station is streaming 24/7 on-line and pushing out strong in the area on 106.8 FM.
What makes this a little different is that the music lists come from 2 people influenced by different parts of the prog scene, and can be extremely adventurous! including general discussion about all things prog. Most of what Spencer brings to the table is exceptionally rare, but beautifully odd tracks from all corners of the globe where just about any concoction of two words are an acceptable prog band name.

I attended a presenters/board members meeting and managed to persuade many non prog enthusiasts to let me have a prog slot as well as my normal breakfast slot. Its an amazing opportunity for myself and one of my close friends of whom I consider to be the ultimate prog guru, to play our most favoured and inspiring tracks from right across the genre and sub genres also.

We have set up a little page on Facebook where you can see all of the track listings from the previous shows and find links to listen back to previous shows also.

it would be awesome for some of you guys to not only give us a listen but also give feedback on our lists and selections, And as always, make suggestions.

More lists to follow soon. Today's show is going to be a real ride. All sorts from Peter Gabriel, to National Health. Even something interesting from Israel. Got some seriously weird stuff lined up this month too, including a lengthy epic from Argent, a rare Genesis cover and some cracked-cheese-genius from Andy Gibb. See our page at The Program - Progressive Rock Show on Phonic.fm and 106.8 FM
