Anyone brew their own stuff? I've recently started and have made two batches so far, one stout and one barleywine.

So far I've mainly been using extract with a little extra specialty malts for taste and colour, haven't gotten around to trying a full-grain brew yet. Results have been quite tasty although I haven't quite gotten the alcohol % I intended, my guess is that it has been too hot during fermentation (I've been keeping the fermentation bucket in the bathroom). Next time around, I'll move it to a different room.

Surprisingly good, medium-strong hop flavor, nice bitter finish.  I assumed all GF beer would automatically suck but my first foray proves this is not the case.  Holds its own with traditional brews.

I knew better than to buy this.  As most of you might guess, I don't recommend it.  Dead

Also pretty strong stuff. I've been big on Imperial IPAs recently. This one has a really complex flavor.
