i like jams and experimentation but i also like tight compostions and bands who know what they are doing, but band learns when they do experiments, i only hope they use it on something usefull to push the envelop of the genre and not with blindfolds, the experiment is not worth it if it can't be used to push the bounderys of rock further which prog did in the 70s, post punk and new wave did in the 80s, grunge and alternative rock in the 90s and sludge metal and doom metal, does in the 00s,

Imminent Sonic Destruction are a progressive metal band from Detroit that just released their debut album. They used to be called Mellotron. Their drummer used to be Tiles' drummer.
