I've been perusing weird art blogs and haven't been disturbed yet, I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing.

Leg lifts, squats, crunches & punches(basically a crunch that you throw a jab and cross each time you come up.

EDIT: Also, if its a just a little flab and you dont want to devote time to exercise, just walk around with your core tightened all day. That helps a bunch, I read soemthign somewhere that you burn about 100 more calories a day if you just do that.

You should get a swiss ball. A whole new giant set of core exercises open up with one of those.

Basically I just do every variation of abdominal crunch and add weight to them with a dumbbell on my chest or behind my head. "Turkish get-ups" are a really good core exercise that burns a lot of calories. You should also run a lot. Plank stretches are good too.

How weird?

Somewhere in the grey area between artistic and perverse.

One has to be perverse to be an artist.

Alright, I've started off by doing a bunch of crunches today, did some planks and will try to invest in a swiss ball.

Running's out of the picture for the time being though, the lateral movement from tennis has sent my knees to hell.

Oh that sux :(

By the way, smaller swiss balls force you to use more core strength through balance.
