The EP was released in june 2001, and Vänska was fired some time after their last concert of 2001, which was in mid-september, acording to nightwish.com. Also, Wikipedia credits Vänska for cover design and playing bass, and claims that he left the band after this release. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Over_the_Hills_and_Far_Away_(album)
There are several editions with different live tracks and amount of live tracks. The only one with 4 tracks (I believe) is the Spinefarm Finnish Edition. All editions can be found here (scroll down): http://www.allmusic.com/album/r714739
I belive the cover on the enitial entry on PA is from the German Edition. Both nightwish.com (changing the language from English, Finnish etc. to German) and allmusic.com (the 'German Bonus Tracks'-page) confirms this. I tried to fix tracklist order and additional musicians who played on Shadows of Down´s Grafitty´s Rainbow. Again appeared the sight of 500 - internal error. I tried five more times to no avail.
