But I:

1) wouldn't want to create a Bandcamp just for that
2) would want it to be playable, just like w. Soundcloud.

On Soundcloud it just sounds too loud, I even toned the recording down with Goldwave.

for future reference, if you wanted to you could start a tumblr, they allow you to upload 1 mp3 / day. But there is probably a ridiculous file size limit or something.

I already have a blog (although, Wordpress won't let me upload media because I won't pay 40$ to upgrade anything). I tried tumblr before that, but was so dissatisfied by it and I went back and forth creating and cancelling my account until I couldn't use the domain I wanted anymore.

Everything scrolls backwards on Lion and it is taking longer to adjust than I hoped it would. I still have these random moments where something happens and I have no idea why until I realise I did a gesture backwards.
