Hello,
We are a UK based Crossover Prog group and have recently been added to the PA and are hoping for our records to be listened to and reviewed. The Pith Of Eleutheria is to be found on our bandcamp page: THE EP CAN BE DOWNLOADED FOR FREE Thanks, THE MADCAP LAUGHS Edited by Themadcapaughs - March 06 2012 at 15:31 |

I'm wondering why, at 16 seconds shy of 40 minutes, you consider this an EP.

We'll name it a double EP if you like Epignosis?
No ermm, the album THE ESOTERIC TALES OF THE LUMINOUS SUN will have parts of this EP included. Basically we struggled to afford enough studio time to record the full album. But we were eager to have our songs out there, therefore we released an EP with 7 tracks on it and postponed the recording untill we had saved up enough pennies. Our album will be released this summer, and so far will consist of 15 songs and I can't give you the exact amount of minutes and seconds yet, because it hasn't all been recorded. But at the moment we're still in discussions about a couple of things. I hope this explains it all clearly. Cheers Epignosis.

Why, at 57 minutes, was A Change of Seasons called an EP? Or Tulimyrsky (Moonsorrow) at 68 minutes an EP?

Or at 28 minutes, this is an album. I think EP is a misnomer, that's all. I think it'd be more appropriate to just be honest and say, "These are albums we don't consider part of our canon." I also think our OP explained their situation well enough. |
