Easier than you think if you have speakers hooked up to your computer and a browser.  Not so easy if you want to hear a local broadcast station on your computer.  I think most don't have a device built in.  Unless of course they have an internet presence.

I think you can still get cards for radio and TV if you seriously want pick up broadcast.

Confirmed.  I used to have a Hauppage TV Card.
