The only Thinking Plague I've heard in its entirety before getting this batch was In Extremis, which is a lot of fun and has Bob Drake on bass/vox/etc.

All of Thinking Plague sounds like a most accessible and concise version of In Praise of Learning.

I can't imagine a more concise IPoL.

So I found four paragraphs on a Beethoven sonata first-movement and four times more material for a modern one-movement sonata. wtf internet
