Yes, it is Euler. Something_else had him too, I think, but he asked one more question.

Eulers identity is probably the most beautiful formula in math. It combines the five most important numbers and the three basic mathematical methods - addition, multiplication and raising to the power - in one equation. Here it is:

e^{i \pi} + 1 = 0\,\!
