Don't they not work well with speaking/yelling anyway?

I got a pair for $70. They cancelled approximately 0% of any noise I noticed though.

My wife got a pair for $260 (used: regular $350). They work great.

However, those in-ear phones that kind of create a seal work pretty well as well, and the friend that let me use his says they only cost him $40.

My Bose over-ear headphones block a fair amount of noise and are not noise cancelling.

I got a pair for like $80, but they work great for cancellation.

Amazing bass, stay in your ear, comfortable, clear/balanced sound.

I think those are the pair I was talking about for in-ear cancellation, maybe I remember the price wrong.

My $80 Sennheiser sport in-ear headphones work decently for cancelling noise. I can still hear when people talk to me, though. I pretend not to hear them.

I have these and generally have to be yelled at when people want my attention.

I hate when one of my earbuds dies. That is seriously the most distressing thing ever.

This looks like a slightly newer model of mine:

They are incredibly uncomfortable but I've had them for three years, they sound pretty decent and unlike most other headphones I have they've never crapped out on me.

I should get some overhead headphones next. I don't need sport anything since I can't run anymore, so I don't need to worry about looking like a douche while running with big headphones on my bald head.

It is pretty dumb to be playing a flash game that you have to pay for, but I didn't pay for it so whatever lol.

Tribadism is pretty sweet though. It always seems more sincere.
