Thanks for the Birthday greetings in advance hehe - tho it really is the 23rd where i am- I guess greetings will be posted as usual in the collab section tomorrow. facebook greetings were over whelming - too many! I didnt get any prog tho altho i know I will for Christmas!

I was gaining a little bit, but I eat super healthy and exercise intensely every day so it went away and I've still got semi-washboard going on. I could definitely benefit from some cardio though. I may buy a jump rope.
