My father really likes Gov't Mule, but we've never been to Asheville. I've heard Asheville was the beer capital of of the US, but I could be wrong.

if you take a trip to Minnesota or Wisconsin you will get served it through all winter/christmas season it is a very common dish in those states since a large %edge are Nordic dependence and eats Lutefisk in abundance during christmas, they even have large festivals eating Lutefisk, Lefse and Gammelost
