As previously announced Metal Mind Productions will release a brand new DVD by the legendary British band Pendragon. Live DVD entitled „Out Of Order Comes Chaos” will be available in March 2012. It contains a show recorded in Katowice during the Polish leg of the tour promoting the band’s most recent album “Passion”. For the first time in their career, live material will be released also on a Blu-Ray.
 
Nick Barrett: "We've tried to do material that we haven't played very much before, particularly in Poland, and for the DVD we've changed the set drastically so that people don't buy the new DVD and it's just got the same songs as the last one.”

The legendary British band Pendragon once again triumphed at the Classic Rock Society The Best Of Year Awards. During the Saturday ceremony in Wath the musicians received awards in the most important categories: Best Drummer - Scott Higham, Best Keyboards - Clive Nolan, Best Live Gig - Pendragon at the CRS, Best track - This Green & Pleasant Land, Best Album – Passion. Congratulations!
 
As previously announced Metal Mind Productions will release a brand new DVD by Pendragon. „Out Of Order Comes Chaos” DVD will be available on April, 23rd in Europe and June, 19th in USA (via MVD) and contains a show recorded in Katowice during the Polish leg of the tour promoting the band’s most recent album “Passion”. Pendragon have released some great live DVDs over the years - their last one 'Concerto Maximo' being an absolute gem! This one should be equally good, if not even better! Smile

Out of Order Come Chaos is now available to Pre-Order from the Pendragon store 

It's available as a Blu-Ray  or as a DVD.  

and it's flipping marvellous!

Track “This Green and Pleasant Land” is available on the official Metal Mind Productions’ channel on YouTube in THIS location. 
 
Nick Barrett comments on the new release: “We are very excited about this new release as it will be our first on Blu-Ray as well as DVD. I think the sound  and soul of this DVD is going to be our best so far. There is a gorgeous version of ‘Indigo’ amongst others. I also think this DVD has probably the best camera angles and lighting we've ever had. A lot of work went into this as there was not so much touring in the way recently, it has left me plenty of time to really work on the sound too with Karl Groom.”

want some advice?
don't get involved in the Music Industry!
 
I'm afraid I am the bearer of bad news, namely that.......the DVD/Blu Ray has now been delayed till....gulp,  there is no way I can soften this.....September!
Ok, that's the bad news over ,and now the good news, but we will get our copies before anybody else so will be able to ship them to you
before anyone else gets them, possibly 4 weeks before....well that's sort of good news!
 
It's got to the point now where we are MORE than happy to offer you a full refund, and I can understand it if you're getting pretty angry about this, heck you've paid for it after all!
But I kinda hope you'll stick with us on this one and put it down to a one off bad Pendragon purchasing experience [well, hopefully there haven't /won't be any other bad ones!]. 
 
I know this is a huge drag for you all and I will explain what has happened. Because this is the first time  Metal Mind have made a Blu Ray they went to a new authoring studio
to author both the DVD and the Blu Ray. However, after messing around,  changing their coding method and generally trying everything under the sun to get it sorted....the new studio haven't been able to get it right and alleviate all the problems.
So Metal Mind made the bold decision to up roots and head straight back to the old studio ...who have done dozens of dvds for them in the past. You might say why didn't they go there earlier.... but, they were in too deep by then. Anyone who has taken their car in for repair for a spark plug only to end up changing the freakin' engine knows what I'm saying, right guys?
 
 
Occasionally one comes across one of these manufacturing turd in the punchbowl type nightmares, and there is nothing we can do about it, it's got to the mad laughing stage to be honest, we're way past getting stressed about it, BUT I DO NOT want you guys to go away feeling ripped off/shortchanged/violated/abused in any way, so if you do want your refund, just let us know (see below)
 
I can't quite bring myself to say.........so let's all be  hopeful and cheerful with fingers crossed blah blah blah
 
Nope, let's wait.... like a crocodile that lies in wait for a passing unsuspecting buffalo..... quiet, composed and coiled like a spring, but ready to leap into the air salmon-like to claim the prize and finally bag the prey.........this freakin, pain in the ass dvd.............. or Blu Ray , as is your want.......

BTW. The last real bigtime hell moment we had with manufacturing was with Pure and The Masquerade Overture [although this didn't affect any release dates] and these were both pivitol moments of huge change for Pendragon ....for the good! So, maybe.......

We are very sorry to inform You that, owing to serious technical problems with the authoring studio which originally handled the production of Pendragon's upcoming BluRay/DVD "Out of Order Comes Chaos", we are forced to postpone the release date of the BluRay/DVD to the 10th of September, 2012. We would like to emphasize that the said problems were completely beyond our control and, since it is of the utmost importance to us that this title lives up to the fans' expectations, we cannot allow it to be released in the present form.
