It somehow doesn't seem worth it, and I have nothing to offer anyway. There are plenty of cute women around that I'm sure I'll have an opportunity to something with eventually.

Guarantee is sort of a strong word.  I thought that I had read that the computer field was sort of oversaturated with the number of people in the field, since it is such a popular area for students to go into.  On the other hand, everything is computerized these days.

Meh, I have no interest in gaming. I'm doing computer forensics and I guess I'll tack on some network security experience too. I'm hoping that will be sufficient for me to land a job somewhere in Research Triangle Park.

Pretty much, but part of my job would include me being able to properly prove or disprove in court that someone had attempted to intrude into the network and steal the information, which requires extensive legal documentation and forensic analysis of hardware/software. Should be fun.

Yes, Playstation is what I was trying to remember.  I googled security hacks and Nintendo was at the top of the list, so I went with it. LOL

Sounds something like Timothy McGee on NCIS, where he is always finding evidence by using the computers.

I'll agree to any computer-related career though. I'm convinced that there isn't anything that is impossible for me to learn. My main goal is to have a job that pays me at least $60,000 annually.
