So I never got my day off Monday because I got woken up by a call at 900 that there were problems and it took all day to deal with then. My wife was pissed because it was her day off and we were supposed to spend it together.
Then I didn't get my day off Wednesday due to being behind in another app that I had intended to put a few hours in on Minday but never got to.
Then last night apparently more problems cropped up and now we have to fix those and also add new features so I have to work all day today and probably tomorrow as well.

I feel like a friggin horse with a carrot dangling in front of my face. I'm sick of working 12 hour days every day. I'm sick of sacrificing everything in my life for what was always a project with unreasonable expectations. Literally sick too it seems because of that panic attack I had last night as all the drama leading to me working today unfolded.

I've lost control of my life and I feel like I'm losing my humanity and I just want it to all be over. Once I close this f**king contract it's Christmas break. All I really want is a day in control of my own life. Christmas break will be godly, should it ever happen.

I think Alan should be the new king of PE. And not just because I love him in an erotic way.

Philippe refuses to even consider me for prog electronic team and I'm not sure why. But I guess that genre is his baby and I'm not going to try to take it from him. I respect his crazy totalitarianism.

I just bought this book http://www.amazon.com/Computability-Computable-Functions-Foundations-Mathematics/dp/0534546447?tag=duckduckgo-d-20

Although I got it new in Portuguese for the equivalent of 40 dollars.
