"Music is much like f**king, but some composers can't climax and others climax too often, leaving themselves and the listener jaded and spent."

My first and only Tangent album. It has grown on me, though the lyrics are a real weak point.
Suggestions on the next album to listen to?

Of the 4 I have, I would say check out the new one COMM. There's some really nice guitar work on that one. If you want a jazzier album, I'd say get The World That We Drive Through (but it seems this is considered their least best album), but it's still very good.

The 2 albums I do not have (which I want, badly), The Music That Died Alone and A Place In The Queue, seem to be considered their best ones, though I think COMM is extremely excellent.

The only one I haven't mentioned is Down and Out In Paris and London, which was my first album of theirs, is also very good, but to my ears, is their most dense work, and may take a few spins to really appreciate.

They are one of those bands where, really, it doesn't matter which album(s) you get; they're all good.

A Place in the Queue is excellent.
