Is it Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who is mentioned in Acts 8:27?

If not Candace/Kandake, was she royal?

I can think of one who fits in a way … is she referred to as Eve/Eva/Hawwah/Hava in the bible?

^Indeed, the geography of the Garden of Eden fits in a way. My queries in the Kindom of Kush proved to be valueless.

If it’s any consolation, I was in Kush/Nubia, too. I thought I had rules both of them out since their remains were found in Ethiopia, but is it Ardi or Lucy? |

The moment I found her I knew she was the one! (It’s true in a double sense; my wife’s name is Eva.)
I have been planning a new one for a few days: Real person, male, deceased. This one contains hidden clues (select all). October 16, Afarac |

Is this guy an artist?
I think I sense a (very) possible track.

Yes. (That is, he isn’t but he was while he was alive.)

OK. Think I've found the murderous rogue . If PA was started up some four centuries earlier, I bet he was included in RIO/Avant-Prog. His name is Carlo Gesualdo, a.k.a. Gesualdo di Venosa (1566-1613), Prince of Venosa, Count of Conza, composer. On October 16, 1590, he murdered his wife, Donna Maria d'Avalos and her lover, Fabrizio Carafa (Afarac in the first hint; my first thought was to read it in reverse as well), Duke of Andria, when he caught 'em in the act.

After only two clues the evidence is too strong – I plead guilty! I reversed Carafa’s name not only to disguise it, but also to get the C in the end. The last letter in each clue would form the name Carlo Gesualdo, and the first letters would read odlauseg olrac. I can post all the clues later if you like, right now I don’t have the time. Your turn, sir! |

His birth place may be taken over by bats.

I practiced a kind of "restrained writing". Maybe it would have been a bit harder if I had started with these clues:
Schnittke, Huxley, Herzog. La Rossa, aka Milva. Rossi, Frescobaldi, Hummel. A kind of bridge back to the human world. Obviously the bats are in the belfry. But what kind of bats? I need another clue, so here’s a new question for you: Was he European? |

Yes.
By the way, these clues may be more cryptic.
Progressive in two ways.
