Surimi isn’t that fat. In fact, it contains only 1% fat (and no trans fat).

I didn't know about a salami as an animal or a kind of fat fruit, but surimi (a fish product imitating crab) sounds familiar.

A salami is also a kind of animal. Or fruit. It contains a lot of fat, though, so you shouldn’t swallow too much of it.
