So I picked up this book today that is supposed to help me overcome my sadness, and I also got another book that was also recommended but now that I'm reading some of it, it's just about some psychiatrist chick and how much she loves Jesus and travelling the world. I am pissed.
Was the other book The Happiness Trap, because that's a good one.
Also, I approve of duck footwear and frozen yogurt, as long as it's not cursed. Which is good, or is that bad?

I got "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns, and the goofy one is "Everything You Need to Know to Feel Go(o)d" (I should have known from the sketchy title but I'm dumb today) by Candace Pert.

I think we should just make a Shred room suicide pact. If none of us are happy by the 2012 apocalypse date, we all take cyanide while listening to Merzbow or something.

I think listening to Merzbow while dying would be terrifying. I'd rather listen to something heartwarmingly beautiful.
