Am I the only one who misses the time when The History Channel was about history and not about pawn shops, stupid game shows and tin-foil-hat conspiracy theories?

He was an interesting historical figure, but the History Channel thinks he was a god/ prophet/ alien and they're hurting his true historical reputation.

I remember learning things from The History Channel once upon a time. I want those days back, or they should at least be renamed The Ridiculous Conspiracy Channel.

I believe that this twist in the channel's overall programming may be one very strong evidence that aliens built the Eiffel Tower. I mean, how could the French build that with the few technological equipment they had in the 19th century? Do you really believe that kind of thing was possible?
