My guess would be he considers Apple Store Employees professional enough...I tried showing him how much ram he was actually using, but he saw the processor max out when I literally opened every program he had at once and took that as a sign that I am wrong.

Bartok and Tchaikovksy are good. I haven't heard Three of a Perfect Pair but I got Discipline yesterday and will listen to it soon.
