Mine is not nearly as burly, as I just did 20 push ups and my arms fell off and left only bloody stumps.  Every day I'm gonnal do 20x5 pushups, 3x50 crunches, 2x50 oblique crunches, 5x20 squats, 5x6 pullups. I am also restarting the diet, cutting out regular sodas again, having oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and whatever I feel like under 25 grams of fat or so for dinner.

I've been incredibly busy with life so actually did not play any mafia since summer but just now started playing a speed game -- I actually have a classic rock game I'll be hosting (and will make EMM look like crap, presumably) in about a month. I've planned everything ahead of time so that it doesn't absorb too much of my time whilst working and starting up the spring semester once that starts as well.

If you want to accomplish something, I recommend the playing card pushup game.  You can use it for crunches chinups etc. too

Take a deck of cards, pull X number from the top (whatever you want to start at, maybe 3 or 4.  1 if you are weak as a child) every morning, and do the face value of the cards # of that exercise.  Faces are 10.  Every week add 1 card.
