I don't think you should go quick over such a choice, but who am I to talk, I always let me dad read the specifications and find something suitable. We always had HPs (except my new one now is a Dell), no idea bout Lenovo.

As such, I crown my pointless non-recommendation just by saying that both those memories are outrageous.

I want a very nice notebook that will last for a handful of years and will withstand the memory needed in the future for less than 650 dollars.

Memory needed for what. My old notebook cracked under 1MB, nowadays I've got nothing to do really with 3 (although it does seem to take half of it).

In terms of looking nice, I can't say anything about the HP with that pic of its lid. For that matter, I don't even think it's a very good looking lid.
