It may have almost as much commercial appeal, but it is much less commercial
sounding . And generic rock has much more exposure and so is much more likely to annoy people. Also, bandwagons.
Personally, I would rather listen to Marillion than Dream Theater again...

They're kinda sandwiched in between. I would describe them as post-rock for metal fans.

That would be excellent except what he is playing on the guitar sounds nothing like the song...

Pelican is in my post-metal folder SO THERE I listen to post-metal more than post-rock.

Well he was the first loser white dude covering the song that I saw and I figured it would be sufficient. It got the job done.

I know I am just saying. It's more like a re-imagining with the same lyrics. I don't feel like staying awake I think I am going to go to bed.

You do realize that sleeping too much is just going to make you feel more tired?
I sleep too much and now I have to battle with myself to get out of bed every day.

Well I went to bed at 8am so I don't think it's necessarily too much.

There was a time in my life when every day I slept from around 8 am to 10 pm. These were not good times.

Stay up all night backing up your computer, playing wesnoth, etc. My parents were out of town this weekend and when they're gone I am free to float into being nocturnal.

Being nocturnal feels kind of lonely and I don't care for it much, but I always gravitate towards becoming nocturnal during these later months.
