No that's actually true. At least in most cases, I imagine there's soem variance, but we employ this tenet in Krav Maga :) . If you think about it, it makes sense, since the testes are sort of floating, a strong driving blow will shove them out of the way. However, a quick sharp rap with a backhand will deliver al lthe force directly to the testes, for maximum soprano vocalizing. Btw, there are no illegal moves in Krav. Only ways to win a conflict.

I actually did Krav Maga for 2-3 months and I've never heard anything about that. But anyways, my teacher didn't teach anything about the philosophy of fighting and self defence so you might be right.
